Walk into your birth with a calm mind, a confident heart, and a supportive guide by your side.

As your labor doula I will provide:

• A free initial consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and answer any questions you may have

• 3 prenatal visits (education, assistance developing your birth plan, comfort measures)

• I am available by email prior to 37/38 weeks gestation, then at which time I am available by phone 24/7.

• In-person labor + birth support

• Pain management strategies

• Partner support + role guidance

• Continuous reassurance through every phase

• 1 postpartum visit

• Full online birth course

The goal: You feel prepared, empowered, heard, and supported - never alone or afraid.
